“I am a photographer from the Kansas City area whose work, as a whole, largely works with communities and the emotional value hidden beneath the surface. Often dealing with topics of intense emotional release, my work serves as commentary to the human condition while acting as a cathartic experience for myself. When focused on my own internal emotions, my work strives to reflect my own internal experiences and serve as a beacon to those who may feel similarly. When photographing others, I capture their emotions in my images to represent pieces of the collective, highlighting moments of intense emotional exchange within the community.“
